    To the Barton Family,
My deepest sympathy to everyone. Tom came into my life at the right time for both of us and we spoke of growing old together. He was a beautiful, loving man whom I deeply loved and will always love. I can’t imagine my life without him. I will cherish the short time we had together always.

    With love,
    Valerie

I have come to believe that there is no such thing as “death” but simply being “born” in another/better dimension. My oldest friend and a true “partner in kid-crimes” Guess he will be waiting for us all on the “other side” Rest up, buddy! You are going to need it! 🙂 Much love to all the Bartons. He is actually in much better shape now than WE are!!

Tommy was always a special friend growing up on 24th St and Sycamore St. in the 1960’s. He was always a very sane guy, easy going, didn’t go with the flow and just a pleasure to have as a friend. We walked to school together, played in the WHS band together, went camping with Boy Scout Troop 13 to Camp Weygadt in the Delaware Water Gap together. My parents were in his parents wedding. I haven’t seen or heard from Tommy since graduation in 1969, but I feel like I have just lost my best friend. Peace and love to all the Bartons and all who had the pleasure of knowing ‘Tommy’.
