Born: January 10, 1934 in Aguas Buenas, Puerto Rico, he was a son of the late Justo and Luz Maria Vargas Reyes.
Services: 3:30 pm, Saturday, January 5, 2013 in the Ashton Funeral Home, 1337 Northampton St., Easton. Visitation from 2:00 pm until service time Saturday in the funeral home.
