Wanda I. “Wandee” Rivera, 51 of Easton, PA and Philadelphia died Saturday, December 13, 2025. Born March 23, 1974, in Easton she was a daughter of the late Antonia “Irma” Rivera and Miguel Garcia in Florida and was of the catholic faith. Wandee/WaWa had a heart of Gold. She loved her family and was very family orientated. She loved kids especially her nieces and nephews. If Wandee had a relationship with you then she was for you. Always there to help someone in need. Wandee loved to hang out with family and friends. She was the Life of the Party and made everyone laugh. She loved her music too. She was a tough woman but wore her heart on her sleeve. Her heart was BIG. We are going to miss her terribly but thankful she leaves behind so many memories for us to cherish and hold dear to our hearts.
Wandee is survived by her sisters: Omayra Rivera of Bethlehem, PA, Madeline Rivera of Easton; brothers: Julio Rivera and Bubbi (Arthur) Keastead both of Easton; nieces and nephews including: Natysia Smith (partner Nandee Romero), Merrisa Rivera (partner Ronnie Stocker), Janiah Falwell, Destiny Falwell, D’Vonte Rivera, as well as many other extended family members; and her life partner: Jenny Aponte.
Services are 11 AM Friday (December 19) in the Ashton Funeral Home, 1337 Northampton St., Easton, PA with a calling period from 10 to 11 AM. Interment is in Easton Cemetery. Offer online condolences at www.AshtonFuneralHome.com.
