Robert S. “Mick” Scheirer, 92 of Wilson Borough, PA died Saturday, July 11, 2026, at St. Luke’s Hospital, Anderson Campus. Born August 27, 1933, in Easton, he was a son of the late Marian (Keiper) and Gerald F. Scheirer. He graduated from Wilson High School in 1951 and from Churchman’s Business College. He was a Korean War Army veteran. Mick owned Scheirer Carpet and Clocks in Wilson Borough for over 50 years before retiring. He was a member of the Wilson Borough Republican Club, the West Easton Safety First Club and had attended First Moravian Church. Mick also volunteered for Meals on Wheels and was an avid Wilson High School sports fan.

He is survived by nephews: Robert W. Scheirer and Bradley K. Scheirer; niece: Victoria A. Farrell; great-nephew: Andrew Scheirer; great-niece: Laura Arner; 2 great-great-nieces; and his best friend of 15 years: Gloria Fitch. He was predeceased by his brother and sister-in-law: Frederick G. Scheirer and Barbara Scheirer.

Graveside services will be held at 10 AM, Friday, July 17, 2026 at the Northampton Memorial Shrine, 3051 Green Pond Rd., Easton, with military honors. The Ashton Funeral Home, Easton, PA is handling arrangements. Contributions in his memory may be made to Meals on Wheels of the Greater Lehigh Valley, 1302 N.
