Ellen Ruth Hahn, 88 of Danielsville, PA died Saturday, June 24, 2023 at St. Luke’s Hospice House. Born February 5, 1935 in Phillipsburg, NJ she was a daughter of the late Loring and Lillian (Hunt) Jennings. She was a waitress at various area restaurants for many years before retiring. Ellen was an avid Clogger and member of a Clogging group and the Silver Sneakers.
She is survived by her sons: James E. Allen, Jr. (wife Cynthia) of Bethlehem Twp., PA, Richard T. Allen (wife Roxanne) of Palmer Twp., PA; sisters: Mary Cummings of Easton, PA, Grace LaBar of Nazareth, PA; 5 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Robert Hahn.
Services are 2 PM Thursday (June 29) in the Ashton Funeral Home, 1337 Northampton St., Easton, PA with visitation from 1 to 2 PM. Interment in Northampton Memorial Shrine. Offer online condolences at www.AshtonFuneralHome.com.

So sad how quickly Great Aunt Ellen passed, I will miss her energy, her stories about when she and Grammy were girls, and giggling with her, she was a kind woman who always made me feel loved, and she was a no-nonsense little spitfire, I will miss her dearly. My condolences to Richie, Jimmy and Cindy.
