Lynne Daphne Fegley, 83 of Easton, PA went to be with her Lord, Wednesday, October 11, 2023. Born in Easton, she was a daughter of the late Nathan and Ruth (Gingles) Fegley. She was a 1958 graduate of Easton High School where she enjoyed participating in all the sports, including tennis. Lynne was an operator for Verizon for 33 years before retiring. Prior to that she worked for Mary MacIntosh and Bell Telephone.
In 1977, Lynne came to faith in Jesus Christ which began a joy-filled journey in getting to know and love Him more each day. This started her years of service to others, including random acts of kindness. She was a member of Rock Church, Easton where she taught children about her Savior and His word for over 30 years until her health declined. She is survived by her sister Judy Ann Fegley with whom she resided.
Services are 10:30 AM Thursday (Oct. 19) in the Ashton Funeral Home, 1337 Northampton St., Easton with visitation 10 to 10:30 AM. Interment is in Easton Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Rock Church, 36 N. 6th St., Easton, PA 18042. Offer online condolences at www.AshtonFuneralHome.com.

Sarge was awesome!!! She was so faithful to her Lord and service to the people at Rock. She always made the cleanup days fun, she came down wearing her Sr Lynne hat and her lists. She was loved and will be missed. Ann and I send our love and prayers.

It is with deep regret I feel for the lost of my great sister in the Lord. Lynne was a wonderful person and I valued her friendship down through the years. I had the pleasure of meeting Judy and Lynne at Blue Mountain Christian Retreat in PA, over 20 years ago. Every July we would look forward to seeing each other there. We worshipped, prayed, danced and laughed together. What an honor to have known them both. Lynne will be missed but not forgotten. I pray for the Lord’s comfort and strength to be with Judy and her church family. May the Lord bless and keep you Judy! Much love, Diane
