Alice Joyce Owens, 96, of Easton, died Thursday, January 11, 2024 at NewSeasons Senior Living at New Britain. Born May 18, 1927 in Easton, she was the daughter of the late Earl and Evelyn (Hockman) Wasser. Her husband, Ray B. Owens died in 2001. She graduated from Churchman Business School and worked for Met-Ed in Easton for many years. She was a member of the former Christ Lutheran Church, Easton and was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star.
Surviving are a daughter, Bonnie L. Kooker and her husband, Skip; five grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren. She was predeceased by a daughter, Sherry A. Dulsky and a sister, Bette Jane Frederick.
