Patricia, Chris, and family, I was very sorry to learn of Pete’s passing. I worked at Met-Ed with Pete for years and played in the Met-Ed Golf League with him also. Pete would always bring a smile to your face and he always wore his heart on his sleeve. What a great person to be around! The fondest memories I have are the many discussions we had after our Tuesday night Golf League ended and we started discussing work, Union Business, current events, and of course politics! We had so many great discussions and a ton of laughs, too! Deepest sympathies to your whole family and may you find comfort in knowing that so many of us thought so much of Pete!

Pat and Chrs, So sorry about Peter’s passing. He was a great guy and one of a kind. We were almost like cousins growing up together. Pete was my Sponcer when I received Conformation. He,used to call me occasionally when I had a land line. So sorry that he had to suffer with that disease and know you two took very good care of him during that period . May his soul rest in peace. 🙏❤

Pat and Chris,
I was deeply saddened to hear about Pete’s passing, news that reached me through my parents after they saw it on the West Scranton FB page. He was such a big part of my childhood in Easton—just as both of you were. Back then, I couldn’t begin to understand the weight of what he had experienced in Vietnam or how it might have shaped and ultimately affected him. What I did know, even as a kid, was the joy, warmth, and good humor he brought with him everywhere he went.
So many of my earliest and happiest memories include all of you—long summer days swimming, playing football, and running around like the kids we were—and Pete was always there. I can still see him laughing and playing in the pool, or standing over the grill, making something delicious for everyone. One memory still plays in my mind: the sun setting on the 4th of July at your Forks house, Pete handing out sparklers—and, true to his wild nature, lighting an M80 in the street just for fun!
Though life took us in different directions and the years slipped by, those moments remain vivid, and I can still see him and you all as clear as ever. Chris, I’d love to catch up someday—it’s been far too long, and I’m sure we’d have plenty to talk about. You can always reach me at raysins@gmail.com if you are willing.
Until then, please accept my deepest condolences and warmest wishes. May Pete live on in the memories that we still carry.

Pat and Chris,
I’m so very sorry to hear about the immense loss of Pete. He was a wonderful Godfather…I couldn’t have asked for better!
You all were family to me and part of some of my best memories growing up — whether we were vacationing together, enjoying 4th of July parties (with Brandy!!), celebrating birthdays, to even attending my wedding….Pete was such an integral part and it wasn’t a party or casual get together without him!
The memories with Pete will always be a blessing to me and I will miss him.
I hope we can catch up sometime in the near future, but for now, we send our condolences, love and prayers to you both!
