Eugene “Jimbo” Hendershot, Jr., 62, of Easton, PA died Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at home. Born March 13, 1963 in Hackettstown, NJ he was a son of the late. Fay (Middaugh) and Eugene J. Hendershot, Sr. He is survived by his companion of 33 years, Denise Counterman; sons: Brandon, Jimmy and Josh; his daughter: Holly; stepchildren: Lewis and Christina; sisters: Irene, Terry and Gladys; and grandchildren, including: Skylar, Evan and Helen.
