So sorry about your loss. Blaine left me with one of the most profound quotes that has molded not only my life, but the many people with whom I have shared the sentiment:
“My only regret in life is staying in bad situations too long…”
Thank you for this brilliant bit of wisdom, Blaine…I will continue to share it with others!

Izzy, hard to think you were only in our lives for 3.5 years – at the Overlook Inn in Canadensis – we all agree they were our best years! We have such fond memories of Blaine sitting at the famous kitchen table while you worked, waiting for his time with you. Then off to the Forks we would go for a night cap!!! I can’t help smiling when I think of his patience and kindness. He was a true gem. My heart goes out to you and your lovely family.
In friendship and love
Didi
