John M. “Red” “Johnny Boy” Wollman, 54 of Easton, PA died Saturday, March 23, 2019 at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Muhlenberg with his wife at his bedside. Born April 13, 1964 in Phillipsburg, NJ he was a son of the late Algia (DePaolis) Famularo and Rich Haring. He attended Phillipsburg High School and had a career in the construction industry working at Strobers Building Supply, Hygrade Roofing, Larkens and Warren Lumber. He was a member of Concordia Maennerchor and an avid Redskins fan. Known as “Johnny Boy” and “Red” by his family and friends, he was a generous and caring man and a devoted nephew. He was quick to offer help and make cheerful conversation with jokes and laughter. As William Wordsworth said, “The best portion of a good man’s life is his little nameless unremembered acts of kindness and of love.” That exemplifies how Johnny lived his life and how he will be remembered.
He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Linda (Hall) Wollman; his siblings: Lisa Stokes, Rich Haring, Tammy Famularo; aunts and uncles, including Aunt Pat Patterson; nieces, nephews and cousins. He loved them all.
Services are at the convenience of the family. The Ashton Funeral Home, Easton is handling arrangements.
Memorial contributions may be made to Easton Fireman’s Local #713, 11 N. 6th St., Easton, PA 18042. Offer online condolences at www.AshtonFuneralHome.com.
