It is with a heavy heart that I say goodbye to my friend Carl. I’ve been a friend of the family for many years, and greatly admire his deep love, respect and admiration as a husband, father, grandfather, and for me as a gentleman. His sense of humor, his devotion and pride in the lengthy list of work with the community and especially, his pride in serving his country as a Marine made Carl a very special man. My love and condolences to Carolyn, his daughters and grandchildren, and may all of you be rewarded with the memories of Carl and how tirelessly you took care of him. God bless all of you.

My condolences to the Brown family. Carl was a good friend to my late husband, Thomas (a fellow Kiwanis member). Carl loved his family and his community, and gave so much of his time to make life better for others. He will be missed.
