So sorry to hear of the loss of your Mother. I know this has been a long ordeal for you and your family and I also know, from experience, that this does not make the loss hurt any less.

Stay strong my friend and hopefully the fun memories of your Mom when you were growing up will quickly take over the feelings of sadness.

I am sorry for your loss. Your mom worked with my mother, Louise, at Lafayette for years. I knew her briefly from when I worked in the annual fund office. She was always so sweet and happy and a good friend to my mom. God bless.

To Joan’s family, my sincerest condolences in the loss of your dear mother and grandmother. I worked at Lafayette and got to know Joan when she became an Avon customer of mine. We chatted often. She would take my mother’s taxes home to your dad, who would prepare them for her for a few years. Joan was a loving person, and I enjoyed our friendship. I tried to stay in touch with her after she left Lafayette, but we didn’t stay in touch very long. I had no idea what happened or why I stopped hearing from her. I am so sorry to read that she had Alzheimer’s. My own mother passed in 2013 from that. Again, I’m so sorry for your loss.
