Jean L. Krueger, 94, of Northampton formerly of Wilson Borough died Monday, April 29, 2013 in Lehigh Valley Hospital – Muhlenberg.

Born: July 19, 1918 in Bethlehem Twp., PA she was a daughter of the late Sanves R. and Annie J. (Wagner) Clause. Her husband Calvin M. Krueger died in 1968.

Personal: She and her husband owned and operated Cal’s Market in Wilson Borough for more than 25 years.

Memberships: She was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church, Farmersville and a life member of the Palmer Moose Lodge.

Survivors: A daughter: Janice J. Williams and her husband Curtis of Treichlers, PA; a son: Richard D. Krueger and his wife Patricia of Riegelsville, PA; a sister: Gladys Heller of Palmer Twp., PA; 4 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband; a son: Calvin M. Krueger, Jr.; a daughter: Joan A. Unangst; a sister: Alice Wagner and a brother: Marvin Clause.

Services: 10:30 a.m. Wednesday (5/1) in the Ashton Funeral Home, 14th and Northampton Sts., Easton with a viewing from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Wednesday. Interment will be in Northampton Memorial Shrine.

Paul S. Everett, 75, of Easton died Tuesday, April 23, 2013 in his home.

Born: October 21, 1937 in Easton he was a son of the late Paul A. and Viola Kiefer Everett.

Personal: He was an army veteran and had been employed by Schaible’s Bakery and Lifetime Doors for many years.

Survivors: Daughters: Linda Collins and Paula Everett.

Services: Are private; the Ashton Funeral Home, 14th and Northampton Sts., Easton is handling the arrangements. Interment will be in South Easton Cemetery.

W. Bruce Drinkhouse, Jr., 86, of Easton died Sunday, April 14, 2013 in his home.

Born: December 26, 1926 in Easton he was a son of the late W. Bruce and Etta (Lerch) Drinkhouse, Sr.

Personal: He graduated from Easton High School in 1944; from Lafayette College, Phi Beta Kappa in 1950 and he received his MBA from Lehigh University in 1965. He received the Danny Hatch ’07, Hilton Rahn ’20 and William Greenip ‘44 Service Awards from Lafayette College. A Chemical Engineer and Financial Analyst, he had been employed by Bethlehem Steel for 20 years before retiring in 1982 and was a WWII Army veteran.

Memberships: He had been a Treasurer and a member of Sessions at First Presbyterian Church, Easton. He was a Past-President of the  Lehigh Valley Alumni Chapter, Lafayette College; and Past- President of the Friends of Skillman Library. He also served as Treasurer of the Chi Phi Fraternity Corporation  and received their Distinguished Service Citation. He was a Past-President (‘78 – ‘85) and Board member (‘61 – ‘85) of the Northampton County Historical and Genealogical Society.

Survivors: His brother: David Drinkhouse of Easton; a niece: Anne Dailey of Washington, DC; and nephew: Frank Drinkhouse of Belleville, IL.

Services: Will be private; the Ashton Funeral Home, Easton is handling the arrangements. Interment will be in Easton Cemetery.

Memorial Contributions: May be made to Lafayette College, c/o Development Office, Markle Hall, Easton, PA 18042, designated for the  Lehigh Valley Alumni Chapter Scholarship Fund.

Nancy Jane Foose, 82, formerly of Easton, died Monday, April 8, 2013 at her home in Lansford, PA.

Born: October 15, 1930 in Allentown, PA she was a daughter of the late Clarence and Anna (Rehrig) Lutz. Her husband Raymond C. Foose died in 1993.

Survivors: 7 children; a brother; grandchildren, great- grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a daughter; 2 sisters and 1 brother.

Beatrice N. Sailer, 93, of Birdsboro, PA, formerly of Phillipsburg, NJ, died Sunday, April 7, 2013 in Easton Hospital.

Born:  October 3, 1919 in Mt. Penn, PA, she was a daughter of the late James and Miriam (Herr) Schwartz.

Personal:  Her husband, Raymond D. Sailer died in 1979.

Survivors:  A son, James R. Sailer and his wife, Gail of Phillipsburg; a daughter, Judy Peterson and her husband, Harold of Birdsboro; a sister, Betty Killian of San Diego, CA; four grandchildren, Debbie Davis, Todd Peterson, Raymond Sailer and Sandy Wilson; seven great grandchildren, Toby Davis, John Davis, Ryan Sailer-Taynor, Jade Kleine, Jackson Peterson, Stephen Peterson and Skylar Wilson.  A brother, James Schwartz and a sister, Harriett Schwartz died earlier.

Services:  According to Beatrice’s wishes, services will be private.  The Ashton Funeral Home, Easton is handling the arrangements.
